I’m trying to install Photoshop via Creative Cloud, but the installation gets stuck at "Initializing" every time. I’ve tried restarting, updating Creative Cloud, and clearing the cache, but no luck.
Any solutions? Thanks!

@bladimir_9303 I would double-check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can interrupt the download and cause it to hang. Try connecting with an Ethernet cable if you're on Wi-Fi. Also, temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software you have running, as they might be interfering with the installation. Just remember to turn them back on afterward!
Sometimes, background processes can cause problems. Try closing any unnecessary programs running on your computer. That's including any streaming videos or music in the background too! You can also try running the Creative Cloud app as an administrator. Right-click on the Creative Cloud icon and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes resolve permission issues.
If that doesn't work, let's try a fresh start with the Creative Cloud app. Uninstall the Creative Cloud app completely )I strongly suggets using the Adobe Cleaner Tool from Adobe's website). The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool is intended for users to fix many common problems (such as removing old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers). Then log-in adobe.com and download the latest version from Adobe's website and reinstall it. This can sometimes fix corrupted files within the app itself. When you reinstall, make sure you choose the correct location for the installation.
If you're still stuck, you can also contact Adobe's customer support for more personalized assistance. They might have encountered this specific issue before and can offer tailored advice. Hopefully, one of these steps will get Photoshop installed for you!

Thanks for the detailed response! I’ll definitely try these steps, especially using the Adobe Cleaner Tool. I didn’t think of that.
Appreciate the tip about running as an admin too. I’ll give it a shot and update here if it works. Thanks again!
