Photoshop Interface Copyright

Hi guys.

I have a short film where the main character edits an ad in Photoshop(Ad was my artwork) and then I just screen recorded my screen. I don't show the photoshop name or logo but it's clearly being used.

Is this legal if I use it in my film? I couldn't ask anyone and I want to send it to Festivals.
