Photoshop iPad libraries not working

I have no access to my libraries in Ps IPad. I created new assets via Capture on my IPad and theses are visible in all apps, CC web, desktop but not Ps IPad. Why is this? 

I have uninstalled / re-installed but the problem persists. My work is saving ok and I can access my cloud docs.

I have similar problem. When I try to access the library through the mob ver the application just crush each time
