Photoshop iPad Stylus only (Apple pencil)

Hello!

I have set the "stylus only painting" option in my setting but i can still use many tools with my finger. How to disable finger for tools?

Also, why no Apple Pencil hover?

@TaneliFoto on you on iPad, go to Settings > Input. Make sure the option like "Painting with pencil only" or "Stylus only painting" is definitely enabled. With Apple pencil hover, well, that's on Apple! Pencil Hover is only supported on certain iPad Pro & iPad Air models (M2 or M4 chip)

All options mentioned are enabled and it is the iPad Pro (m2) and hover works in Procreate for example. Not in Photoshop.
