Photoshop is gone mad

I can't work any more with Photoshop and Raw converter. In the last month it happens everything that make these programs crash and I must restart the computer and done again the work lost. I wrote before a question about the programs thet did not work for lack of space; the advive was to return to all the original settings what I did. It seemed to work but after a coupple of weecks all the troubles was back with others more.
Below what happens:

In the RAW Converter:
-It stops working for  lack of memory; it does'nt open a file in Photoshop for the same reason

-For the same reason Ndivia stop working

- When I open a file sometimes is blocked, I can't do anything on it and I have to close the computer and start again
In Photoshop.
- Sometimes when I open a fine appears a black page, otherwise it seem opened but in the monitor no image appears

- It stops working for a lack of memory and for the same reason don't open a file sent from the RAW Converter

- It closes the work for other reasons the simplest and more laconic is: 'It is impossible to do this operation'

- At the end of my works when I close Photoshop always appears this writing: 'L           ' [I don't remenber I will look for it; I have wrote it in my previous question to the community]
What I have done was totally useless:

- I have disinstalled Photoshop and installed again with Creative Cloud
- I have installed again the late version of the driver with NDIVIA experience
- I keep the hard disks always clean and the same for the cash

- I cecked up again my memories: 16 GB of RAM, 205 GB on the hard disk with Photoshop, 8400 MB dedicated to Photoshop; 10,5 GB of the cash of the RAW Converter.
I can't handle it any more to start again and again with my works of photos. Help me.

If the computer itself freezes the problem is not Photoshop.

What are Photoshop’s Performance and Scratch Disks Preferences settings? 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Does turning setting

Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw > Performance > Use Graphics Processor 

to »Off« (and restarting Photoshop) make a difference?

- I have badly written my first sentence: the computer stops working and I have to open it again when I open a photo in Photoshop. The computer is ok.
- When I close Photoshop appears the sentence: 'TML parsing error not well formed (invalid token) al line 1". In the last day I have'nt seen it any more.
- In the Preferences the space availabe in the scratch disk is 12000 MB and I have assigned to Photoshop what it considers the ideal space: 8600 MB in the same hard disk where the program of Photoshop works (200 GIGA free in the disk). What do you mean with Photoshop Performance?
- I have done: restored all preferences in Photoshop Preferences, disinstalled and installed again both Photoshop and Bridge with Creative Cloud.

In this moment Photoshop is working but for how much time? It is already happened that works for some days and than problems come out again.

12GB Scratch Space would be pretty little.

When I open a photo in Photoshop or while I am working the monitor sometimes become fully black and I can only arrest the computer and open it again otherwise it block all commands and I must do the same thing. This happen only with Photoshop. This happened again (monitor black) half an hour ago while I was trying to open the plug-in . A bad news.

Once again: If the computer freezes or crashes that is NOT Photoshop’s doing. 

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

This morning again when I opened a photo Photoshop wroght that it can't do it for a lack of memory. A short time after that while opening a different photo the screen became all black and I had to restart the computer.
I have done everything you suggested.
If the computer crashes it is the computer that crashes but why only with Photoshop? I asked the computer service that takes care of my computer and it says that the computer is ok. Since about twenty years I am working with the same computer and Photoshop and never happened something like this.
What can I do for going on working with Photoshop? Or what can do the computer service?

Photoshop may be the only application you use that makes the demands on the hardware/drivers/… that reveal an existing flaw.

In my computer service they changed the transformed that seems working badly. After that Photoshop worked very well and I was happy but only for two days than the strange things started again rarely at the beginning and very often now. Today I go to the computer service again for a further control. I will tell you.

Now my computer is back home and I can answer. My computer service does'nt seem to know how to get out with the problem. Now they think to try changing the NDIVIA graphic card. If they will change it can you tell me which is the best grafic card for Photoshop?

The computer servise can’t find the problem. They think that the computer is in order and the only attempt they can do it is to change the NDIVIA graphic card. I am inclined to try but which do you think is the best graphic card for Photoshop and the RAW converter?

Your system info shows you GPU is being recognised by Photoshop and does meet the minimum requirements.

So that system should work.

If you suspect the GPU try disabling it in both Photoshop Preferences and Camera Raw Preferences and see if system becomes stable.
