photoshop is not working properly.

Everytime I try to edit raw images, Photoshop does not open the images and freezes my computer!  When I use Affinity photo, I do not have any problem openning raw images. This is getting vey frustrating!!!!!! Should I cancel my subscription?

@Eddy Barrera are the raw files opening in Adobe Camera Raw and freezing when you try to open them in Photoshop or are they freezing when opening in Adobe Camera Raw
