Photoshop is not working

Help please. At Adobe suggestion I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Lightroom has crashed a few times and Photoshop will not work.

I depend upon both.

Make sur you have the latest device driver installed for your display adapter from its makers site.

Photoshop have workt Ok until latest oppgrading for you. It has failed from, yesterday. Now I can not create e new page or dif a photo from psd to jpeg or change the size.

None of the menyes is woking, and the page is only a black page
