Photoshop is printing PDFs darker than Acrobat

The same PDF prints darker when printed through Photoshop then when I print it through Acrobat, so no... it's not my monitor settings. I have the printer control the colors, because when I don't it comes out even darker.

I would print in Acrobat but when the PDF prints there, it has a white border, whereas Photoshop prints the whole page with no border. I've tried to adjust that border settings in Acrobat, but supposedly it's not printing a border at all so I have no idea how to stop that.

Any suggestions as to what's going on? It's happening on multiple art PDFs consistently.
