Same Issue after the Update!
Then I've checked "Deactivate Native Canvas" and the Rotation Tool started to work again, BUT the entire program got so Slow that it became useless. :.(

I'm stuck. I can't install a previous version!

Not Worked for me!
I Deactivate Native Canvas and the Rotation Tool starts to work again BUT the entire program go so Slow that it becomes useless. :.(
