Photoshop Issue

I am having a weird issue with the latest version of Photoshop. The latest Beat Version works fine as well as the earlier version 24.7.2, but the most current version which is now 25.3.1 does not. It all started a few months ago I think about the time of generate AI. The issue is every kind of brush tool automatically draws a line up and to the left. Even clicking on a menu is difficult it will try to open the menu to the left instead. Several Adobe techs ran the gambit on trouble shooting. Clean uninstall and re-install, everything. Changing my folder configurations, etc. The last tech just loaded an older version and hanged up on me. I have been a paying customer for years. I started with CS4 and stayed with Adobe ever since. I have never had an issue that I have needed help with and I am dismayed at how diffficult it is to get help with an issue. I am actually thinking about quitting, but I do love using Photoshop. So I am hoping there is maybe someone that has a solution. I just find it so weird that the version between Beta and the older version does not work, but the other two work fine. I posted what the brush tool does when you click it down it automatically draws a line up and to the left. Actually just about every tool you try does the same thing.

This was an issue in v21.1 but it was resolved I've not seen or heard of it since.

Are you using a tablet or mouse? If a tablet make sure it is set to use Windows Ink and delete any PSUserConfig file you might have added to set pen settings to use wintab.

I mostly use the mouse, I do have a WACOM tablet but I do not use it as much. I looked in windows device settings and it looks like I do use Windows ink. As far as setting up my pen I do not see what you are saying in any of my settings. I have no issues at all in Beta version or the older version of Photoshop. Just today the latest version also started to stretch my photos out so the pixels look like vertical lines. Again the Beta version and the older version do not do this. So within the last couple of months something makes the latest version unstable on my computer. No update rollouts have fixed the issue.
