Photoshop keeps crashing

Trying to make a thumbnail in photoshop and it keeps crashing when I use my quick selection tool and click select subject. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

We're sorry for the crash issue. Which Photoshop version do you have installed? I see the file you are using in Photoshop is a .psdc format. Try using the local files in Photoshop and check if that helps. Also, please update the Graphics Processor driver from the manufacturer's website and check if that helps to resolve the problem for you.
