Hello! I'm using the latest version of Photoshop. I have gone through multiple troubleshoot steps found on this forum to no avail...As soon as I import an image into photoshop,

it automatically flips the image. Then when I proceed to manually flip it then export it,

the image once again comes out flipped. This is driving me crazy. Can anybody please help?

What are the View > … settings?

"If you are flipping your image in the View menu, that is a View setting and it will flip back when reopened. If you want to actually flip it, use Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal instead."
