Photoshop lagging and freezing! Any fixes?

My Photoshop keeps lagging, especially when using brushes and multiple layers. I've tried increasing RAM and hard, but it's still slow. Any other solutions?

Post the full Help > System Ifo from Photoshop.

Do not increase the RAM allocation, that chokes the whole system and only makes it worse.

What are the Performance Preferences? 

How many images do you have open, what are their pixel dimensions and bit depths, …? 

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
