Good afternoon!
I need to reinstall the Photoshop language, I followed the instructions and changed the application language to English in the Creative Cloud, after which I restarted both Photoshop and the laptop, while the language remained Ukrainian. In Photoshop itself, only Ukrainian is available in the settings.
Tell me how to reset the language, thanks!

You actually need to reinstall Photoshop after changing the language in the Creative Cloud app as per section 6 in the below link
