I am using Photoshop on a MacBook Pro 2015 with the lastest version on Monterey. Yesterday, everything was working fine. Today, I open a file and the menu drop downs aren't functioning properly, most items are grayed out, and after a moment they stop working all together. I can't even close the window. Ultimately, I have to force quit. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. Restarted. Tried insalling an older version of PS. Thrown away preferences. Zapped PRAM. The same thing happened with InDesign, but I was able to fix it by throwing out my preferernces, but not so with PS.

Thank you,

@CoryShubert I did more digging over the weekend and saw references to this method of deleting preferences, and it DID work! I appreciate your reply—Thanks!
