Hi everyone,
Ok so I'im editing outside real estate photos, the existing photos need a lot of work.
On some photos I have to erase stuff or fill up areas on the walls or ground.
My problem is that I can't figure out how to make the transitions "smooth" with regards to the shadows and the texture. For now it's messy.
Please give my added picture a look, it will explain you my problem faster then a thousand words.
I don't really know how to describe this problem, so I cant find a solution on the interwebz.
Thanks a lot for your replies. Best regards,
Bothom

Hi @Bothom ,
Consider using the content aware tools when removing content. This tends to give good results.
Check these out:

Let us know how you go.

That’s a lot of stuff to remove.
I would have guessed less, so I think you did not do a terrible job!
The edited/unedited images do not seem to be the same size, so I give an example with an edited one:
Sometimes plain old painting may provide the »easiest« approach.
Painting on a Layer with a Pattern Overlay to emulate the image’s noise/grain may be one option.
