Photoshop Menu unclickable after Camera Raw edits

I've restarted my computer, updated Photoshop, closed Photoshop and reopened it, but the bug doesn't go away.

It's in both Photoshop & Photoshop Beta, everytime I edit an image in Camera Raw and apply the edits, then go back to the Photoshop window, the top menu becomes unclickable and I need to restart it. 

Everything looks the same I just can't click on the top menu, the only thing is that I won't see my top right Mac clock / date etc anymore

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
