Good afternoon

My Photoshop once solved this problem by disabling a tab,
but after the update it showed again and I don't remember how I did it before. Sometimes when I'm editing a photo and I move with the fast cursor of the mouse,
it just stays on the basic arrow (the symbol) and I can't click on any other function,
it doesn't open any tabs or anything, I can only move the mouse or close the photo. Can anyone tell me how to solve it?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We're here to help.

Please go to Preferences > Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Quit Photoshop, relaunch, and check if the issue persists.
If there's no change in the behavior, try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.
Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks!
