Photoshop não imprime

Ao tentar imprimir uma imagem a partir do photoshop, através do comando "command+p" o photoshop não reage, não abre a impressora, não faz nada. No entanto, se usar o comando "comand+alt+p" ele já imprime, contudo, sem me dar acesso às configurações da impressão. Tenho um Epson ET-8550.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while trying to print using Command + P. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computer's macOS version? Since when are you experiencing this issue?
