Photoshop não reconhece MP4

Não consigo importar vídeos de MP4 ou exportar, ele diz que não reconhece.

Photoshop última Versão e Mac M1.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us if you're running Photoshop natively on the M1 Mac? If yes, try running Photoshop in Rosetta emulation mode to check if that helps.
