Buenas tardes he aumentado la ram de mi ordenador y ahora photoshop no abre. Me salen dos ventanas

una de ellas dice ERRO AL LEER LAS PREFERENCIAS ESPECIFICAS DEL EQUIPO. SE RESTABLECERAN SUS VALORES PREDETERMINADOS. y la otra al darle al ok NO SE HAN PODIDO CARGAR LAS ACCIONES POR QUE SE HA ENCONTRADO UN FINAL DE ARCHIVO INESPERADO

Hi @JuanjoVela have you tried reseating the RAM to make sure its not faulting? Did you change your HD as well?

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. You can also reset preferences upon a quit if Photoshop is running by going into General Preferences>General>Reset on Quit.
