Hi there,

We are sorry about the trouble with Photoshop while trying to save files. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using along with your computers operating system? Did ou start facing this issue after an update to Photoshop or to your computers operating system?

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences. You can check: https://adobe.ly/2vNz6FG

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

This explains how to do the same process in Lightroom; just pick Photoshop instead:
