Photoshop non mantiene le impostazioni selezionate nelle preferenze

Salve ho un problema con photoshop, nelle preferenze imposto che la qualità in esportazione di un file JPG deve essere di 7 (il massimi della scala) per evitare di dover impostarlo manualmente ogni volta, solamente che quando effettuo l'esportazione questa imposazione non viene registrata e trovo sempre la qualità al livello di default. come posso risolvere?

How are you going about this save/export?

You might try to restore the Photoshop preferences file and see if saving sticks next time after that.

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

I'm using the shortcut command+option+shift+w to export the photos
