Photoshop not displaying most updated version

Photoshop isnt showing the current Latest version (24.6) after clicking {check for updates}.

requestiong help to solve the problem.

The current version of Photoshop 2023 (desktop) is 24.5. It's the Photoshop (beta) that is 24.6. To install Photoshop beta on your desktop, visit the Beta apps tab of your Creative Cloud desktop app and select Install next to Photoshop (Beta).

Hi Jane, i appreciate the info. Glad you could clarify that it's a separate program. Are you able to send me a link to where I can download the Photoshop Beta as I can't seem to find it on my Creative cloud Desktop. As I can only find the Web version of Photoshop Beta which I assume isn't the one you are talking about.
