Photoshop not loading at all

I have uninstalled, restarted and installed the latest version but Phoeoshop is stuck.

Takes ages to load an image and then freezes.

Its been like this for months and I havent been able to use it properly.

Has something changed?

Any suggestions? As Im getting a little sick of it not working!
