Hi,

So my problem is whenever I go to open the photoshop app on my iPad it will load the title screen and then crash, this happens every time, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the first time I open the app it will work completely fine, leave it a little while and I won't be able to open the app again even if it's already open in my recent apps. If anyone knows any solution to this or why this might be happening I would be very grateful to know as I am trying to complete college work on the app.

Thank you

Please see the post from Adobe (May 12 2021) in this thread - if your iPad is set to a region other than US, you may experience crashes. Adobe is aware of the problem and working on a solution.

Hi

Since your question is about Photoshop for iPad, I have moved this from the Photoshop forum where you posted to PS for Mobile.

Please go to Settings > General > About and tell us:

  • iPad Model Name
  • iPad Number
  • iOS version
  • Capacity
  • Available [space]

~ Jane

EDIT: in 2020 Photoshop for Mobile was a separate forum. The forums were merged and it is now part of the larger Photoshop "ecosystem".

Nope, it is set to US. That isn't the problem.

I'm having the exact same issue. Photoshop for iPad is not usable at all.... and the region is set to United States, so that isn't the problem.
