I can't open Photoshop when Macos updated to MacOS Monterey beta 12.0.

Photoshop has not been tested to run on beta versions of operating systems, try downgrading to the OS where Photoshop did work

No we cannot help. Monterey is under NDA and not supported for production use. Please report this issue to Apple, though.

Same here updated tp Monterey 12 beta - Photoshop 2021 stoped working even when prefrences reset, deleted, uninstalled and resinstalled.- all othet CC apps ok
