Photoshop Not Working on LAN Connection

Why my photoshop are not working when my computer conected to LAN connection? But when I unplug the LAN connection from my computer it directly working properly..

This does not sound ideal. Do you get any specific error or notification? Does it happen only with Adobe Photoshop?
