Sorry to see the trouble in Photoshop. We're here to help.

Which version of the application and iPadOS are you using? Since when are you noticing this? What type of tablet do you have? Can you share the specification with us? Did you try re-installing the application?

Does the pencil work properly with other applications?

Can you please check if the smoothing option is enabled or not?
