Hi there,

Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'd love to help you figure this out.

The color values you have should reflect white color.

What version of Photoshop & the operating system are you working on? Does this happen with a specific document? Do you use multiple monitors on your computer? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Check the color calibration in your windows settings, to begin with.

If you are working on Windows 11, check the responses in this community discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/white-color-is-yellowish-in-photoshop...

Let me know how it goes,
Thanks!
