Photoshop opening photo with strange colors

ok, i am new with adobe and have this anoying problem

when i open this photo in photoshop , the colors are tottaly different

what causes this problem ?

Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? Does this happen with just this image or all images?

Please do the following troubleshooting Go to Preferences > Performance and uncheck Use Graphics Processor, and restart Photoshop.
If that helps, you can update the GPU driver, reboot your computer, re-enable Use Graphics Processor in the Performance Preferences, and

The colors are totally different from what else? 

Photoshop is a color managed application. It is possible you were viewing the image in a non color managed application hence the two do not match. We need more information from you.
