Photoshop opens a new file instead of opening my existing file - the file psd is not ready

I was working on a PSD file last night, 22 hours ago. Now when I go to open the file it just prompts creating a new file. I was working on the file LAST NIGHT. I am trying to open it the same way I always do, not create a new file. Other files work fine, but it totally wiped my file. Now its 0kbs. FK YOU PHOTOSHOP
