I’ve tried what you suggest in your last mail.
I start W11 in safe mode, it works.
I restart W11 in normal mode and disconnect Norton 360 and windows defender firewall …. It doesn’t work !

Hi, thanks for sharing the update!
If things are working in Safe mode, a third-party service (other than the firewall) might be causing the issue.
Do you have any third-party plugins installed for Photoshop? If yes, close the application, then hold down the Shift key and launch Photoshop again. A dialog box will appear asking, "Skip loading optional and third-party plug-ins?" Click Yes to temporarily disable all third-party plugins for that session only.
Thanks,
Nikunj

Hey, @jean-paul30135946sdel. We've reached a roadblock in helping you, as we do not have troubleshooting access to your machine. As previously stated and confirmed, the feature works in Photoshop as expected when used in Safe Mode. This means that a web browser plugin, antivirus, or any other unknown program is interfering with or managing how your computer connects to the internet.
Please seek help from Microsoft or Norton to ensure your machine has secure & uninterrupted access to the internet, allowing access to Adobe network endpoints.

Hi Sameer,
What are Adobe network endpoints ?
It seems Adobe has many AI servers. My PS can access those for "generative expansion" but not those for "remove tool" or "harmonize"(Beta). Norton is not involved because the tool doesn't work with disconnected anti-virus and firewall.
I don't have any internet access trouble. Is there a special access for these 2 tools (remove and harmonize) ?
thanks for your help.

Hey, @jean-paul30135946sdel. Here is the list of Adobe Network endpoints: https://adobe.ly/45BMMSe
Additionally, you can try creating a new user account on Windows on your machine and using Photoshop on the new user account. This way, you can isolate the issue to the specific user account.
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this. I'm glad to know it is working in Lightroom Classic. Have you tried creating a user account, as suggested before?
Try this after you've tried a new user account. Something as basic as 'Run as Administrator' helped in a few cases.
Just head to the Photoshop installation folder (Default - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025)
Find Photoshop.exe > right-click > use 'Run as Administrator'.
Let me know how it goes.
