Photoshop parpadea [24.3]

Photoshop no funciona, el error que hace es un constante parpadeo y no me deja tocar y editar la imagen.

Try unticking "Use Graphics Processor" under the Performance tab in Photoshop preferences.

A mi me funcionó la sugerencia de Derek Cross. En "Edición" hay que elegir "Preferencias" de allí a "Rendimiento" y sacar la tilde a "Usar procesador gráfico"

Adobe is aware of this issue. The correct thing to do for the flickering is this:
Preferences > Technology Previews > Enable "Deactivate Native Canvas" > Restart Photoshop
