The version is the final version i updated it bc it gave errors and said if you update it can be fixed or something and it did not. I can't merge 6 PDF files and i have to merge it in the photoshop because acrobat can't define all the texts the file has. So i just have to merge it in the phootshop but it doesn't let me do that with these errors. It says the texts are locked or something which is not and then it says

  • "Could not complete your request because of a program error."  I'm just tired of these errors with updates.

1. Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

2. Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

If neither work, it may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Can you create the type to curves? Then you can use Acrobat to combine the files. This should eleminate any font issue. Please make a new file to try.
