I am on a Mac with M! Ultra and 128GB of ram and I am using Photoshop 25.11.0. I am trying to run Photomerge from Bridge.  The files also load as layers successfully but photoshop just freezes on processing the files.  I am trying to align 34 Raw files.  Is this to much for Photoshop to handle is there a better workflow?

You'll need lots of scratch disk space for this. How much do you have?

There is no such thing as "enough RAM", no matter how much you have. Memory requirements will exceed that, which is why Photoshop uses a scratch disk.
