Photoshop u denemek için kaydoldum ücretsiz iptal zamanını kaçırdığım için şimdi aboneliği iptal edersem benden ücret talep ediyor. Buraya yazmak zorundan kaldım çünkü çevrimiçi destek bölümü ingilizce. Ve hiçbir adobe ürününü kullanmıyorum. Yöneticiler bunu görsün ve zorla kimseye böyle saçma bir sistemi dayatmasın!

As far as I know Photoshop offers a free 7-day-trial, if you subscribed outright then that’s not Adobe’s doing.
But this Forum is basically a user-Forum with Adobe employees sometimes thankfully chiming in (except for Feature Requests and Bug Reports, which are registered at Adobe even if no employee should post a reply), so we cannot help you with payment-issues anyway.
You could try contacting customer care (click the speech-bubble-icon bottom right and type »agent« to get in contact with
