Photoshop po nadgradnji se ne zažene - Napaka

Windows 10, PS v26.1

Po nadgradnji se pojavi zgornje sporočilo. 

Tudi ko PS namestim ponovno se pojavi ista napaka. 

Kaj lahko naredim?
