I've been having this problem with photoshop for a while now.
When I open a new image usually tif file when moving inside the image it suddenly freezes.
the program actually continues to run extremely slowly but it works and if I open a new image
I have the possibility to work with it. describing the problem specifically...
I open a tif file I start by enlarging the image and use the tools then with the space bar
I move to another point and there the image freezes and I can no longer scroll the image.
I can change the instruments but everything happens very slowly.
I've tried everything, I even installed Windows 11 from scratch. Help me, I'm desperate

First thing to try with display related issues is Deactivate Native Canvas
If that does work then maybe try Older GPU mode — note we don't know what hardware you are using.
But, it boils down to having the right video card driver.
If still stuck, go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.

I can infer that you may have a low amount of RAM or insufficient scratch disk space. Could you please copy and paste the content of Help > System Info, as previously requested by @Trevor.Dennis

I tried on photoshop on two configurations. a laptop with i7 10750h with rtx 2060 16GB ram and
a laptop with i9 13980hx and an rtx 4070 with 32gb ram but the only way to work is by completely
deactivating the graphics cards because I tried with both nvidia and intel but the problem doesn't work resolve

In both cases, you have two GPU units. One of them is integrated with the processor. You should try to disable the integrated GPU units completely, as they can cause problems sometimes.

no way. I always have this block and I just don't know how to fix it. It's the Intel drivers that conflict with Photoshop. I also tested an old version of Photoshop but I still have the same problem. I'm not sleeping at night. I tried them over and over again. Help me

I reinstalled Windows 11. PC completely clean, the problem still persists. with both Intel graphics card and Nvidia graphics card. I work there and it is not possible that on multiple machines I have this problem that I don't even know how to describe and find a solution online
