Photoshop Question re 3 or 4 layers

I have create an a4 image of 100 PPI and have added 4 images ( which are 4 layers) they are supposed to be the same size - I Have tried using properties to make sure all 4 layers are same size - but 2 are not even close dispite saying they are both 25mm by 25 mm

Hi @ThefatdudeUK layers will vary in size if there is transparency. Layer sizes are determined by pixel data. When there is transparency it may not be the same.

Are you trying to export the layers to different files or outputs?
