Photoshop "Brush" is not letting me draw curved lines

I'm trying to draw curved lines without the need of using the "Smoothing" option. I don’t know why but when I try to draw a curved line, it's like the program is trying to draw a straight line. As shown in the screenshot when I used the "Smoothing" option it works almost perfectly. When I draw a line as fast as possible this is not a problem but when I want to do it with precision the program tries to draw a straight line. I've already tried resetting all the tools and I also uninstalled photoshop but the problem is still there.

(Note: I'm not using any Wacom tablet, I'm just using the Macbook trackpad.)

You have grids turned on. The brush is snapping to the grid. Either disable the grid or disable snapping.
