photoshop rendering problem

Hello

I have a problem, when i export a video or photoshop, it starts rendering for a while and then sudelny stops and i just am left with the useless tempory files.

Which version of  Photoshop and Windows are you using? 

How are you exporting the video? What is the file format? Since when are you seeing this issue? Do you get any error messages?

 

Restart your Adobe Photoshop and see whether it helps. If the issue persists, check out the other solutions.

Try to reset your Photoshop preferences. 
You may try to reset Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps.

hello thanks for you responce

it does it on both windows 10 and 11 as i tried it on two divises

i am using photoshop v23.5.1

i export the video by cliking on the arow on the timeline pannel (if that is what you mean)

the format is h.264

and i notised this yesterday
