After the latest update, October, 2021, photoshop will not resize an image.  In order to get it to resize to 4x6 I have to open preferenes and change Units and Rulers to pixels and then back to inches to get the screen to show the correct ruler size.

Spent time with tech support last night, they said they would get back to me.  They were able to replicate the problem on their end.

I am running Ps 2022 on a Macbook and it is happening here. Rulers are set to inches.

Image Size dialog set to inches. MacOS 10.15.7

If I resize an 8 x 10 to 4 x 6 with resample unchecked, the screen does not update until I press cmd 1 then cmd 0 to to force the update.

If I start with 8 x10 and check resample, then the screen and rulers update when I go to 4 x 6

Might be a bug of some sort, because this doesn't happen in Ps 2021

Good to know. I had thought there was a setting I overlooked, but no that shouldn't happen.

I hope the cmd 1/cmd 0 (or ctrl 1 ctrl 0 in Windows based PCs) is a viable workaround in the meantime.
