Photoshop saving PSCD problems

So, once I'm finished with a newly made document in photoshop, I go to "save as".

I want to save the document as a cloud PSCD, not an ordinary PSD.

Usually, PS would open a new window offering to save to cloud, but recently it doesn't. When I click on the "save to cloud documents" option, the "save as" window closes and then opens again. Repeat. It won't let me save to cloud!

I know I could export a PSD then seperately upload it to adobe's cloud, that takes too long and is a bother.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

It's working fine on my Mac, maybe try resetting your preferences.

Do you have an update pending for the Creative Cloud app? I've seen this interfere with Cloud saving/syncing before if there is an update to be run.

Thanks.

I've reset PS's preferences and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Thanks again.
