PHOTOSHOP saving to PNG not Transparent

Tried everything the community suggested to save my Photoshop file to PNG to get a transparent background but it does not work.  It used to work, but it does not now.  Instead there is a grew background in the PNG file.  Anyone can help, PLEASE.

Solved - it was the setting in my PREVIEW app.
