PHOTOSHOP SHORTCUT 2022 NOT WORKING

M y photoshop was working perfectly and all of a sudden my shortcut stopped performing. I´ve made researches on how to solve it but none has worked. Used the EDIT-KEYBOARD SHORTCUT AND MENUS and there was nothing, also used EDIT- PREFRENCES- RESET and also nothing. Pls what else can i try.

Hello, what changed? did you install another app, or was there an update?

Are those custom shortcuts?

Are you sure another app is not stealing them?

You are on a Pc, since you access the prefs via the edit menu, but please post the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
If your post disappears, do not repost it, as it might need to be approved by a moderator. As an alternative you can save it to a .txt file on your computer and attach it on your answer via the forum. (attachments do not post from e-mail)
