Photoshop Sky Replacement: How do I reopen dialog box to make adjustments on a Sky Replacement Group? (i.e. shift edge, scale, etc.)

Photoshop 23.5.1 Release. Mac OS 10.15.7

Once I perform a Sky Replacement and the group layers have been added, I
would like to re-open the Sky Replacement dialog box to make adjustments,
such as "Shift Edge" or "Scale".

Additionally, why is there a harsh line caused by the "Foreground Lighting
Layer"? (See attached photo)
