Hello , I am new here and not sure to know how does it works. So I have been using photoshop for years now.
I have a subscription. There was an up to date a few weeks ago, and today another one. Since then mon photoshop does not work well.
It is slow, does not answer to all keys, often I open an image and the image opens several times in the same page??? what is going on? I am paying for a service it does not work?
thanks if anybody can give me some light on this

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the performance issue that you see in Photoshop. We're here to help.

Could you please share the version of Photoshop (Help > About Photoshop) and the version of the operating system on your computer? Did you try re-installing the application? Just to confirm, all these issues started after you updated Photoshop, right?

Please check the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-slow-lags.html

Re-download the application once again and re-install it if not done yet. If the issue persists, try resetting Photoshop preferences using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences.

You can check https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Ranjisha
