Photoshop Slow start / file opening (after that runs normal )

Hello Adobe Community,

I have changed my laptop with
Legion Pro 5 16IRX8 - Type 82WK

Since I am using it only Photoshop is acting differently, none of the other adobe softwares I use has such problems (inDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator )
Using windows 11 Pro

I have chanaged the preferences / reset them aswell. 

Problem is:
First start of Photoshop takes longer period.
Once I choose file to open takes once again longer.
After that photoshop starts running normal. 

Any advices ?

Hi @peterk25400890, what happens when you skip loading third-party plug-ins at start? Close Photoshop and then launch it again while pressing down the Shift key. Let us know if that makes a difference.
