Liebe Adobe-Community,

Beim exportieren stürzt mir in regelmäßigen abständen Photoshop ab.

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences. Others that have had similar errors have reported this as a solution. You can reset using the Preferences/General window and clicking the reset preferences upon quit.

Hi!

If there are any preferences you want to save, here is some helpful information to read: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/photoshop/using/preferences.html

I am experiencing the same problems with my M1 and version 23. It looks like it is JPEG related. Version 22 runs smooth on my MacBook Pro M1 (2021), but version 23 only crashes. I tried to remove all the photoshop files and tried to reinstall, but it doesn't work.

How did you remove the files? Manually or did you run the uninstall from the Creative Cloud app?

Also opening a JPG gives the following message.
Could not open “Folder-girl-plants-shutterstock_1490828732.jpg” because there was a problem processing the JPEG data.
